This journey begins in Las Vegas, Nevada and takes travelers down scenic highways, dusty trails and hairpin turns until their departure from Phoenix Arizona, nine days later. Leaving from Las Vegas allows the trip to start in the north at Zion National Park then follow the Colorado River down into "canyon country." This arrangement shows the dramatic contrast from the glitz of "Vegas" to the breathtaking, natural wonders as you travel to Grand Canyon and Sedona.
