Alumni Center Meeting Space and Rates PDF Print E-mail

Event and meeting space within the Alumni Center, as well as the Husky Heritage Sports Museum, are available for use by members of the UConn community and general public.

The entire Alumni Center, including access to the Husky Heritage Sports Museum and Husky Plaza, can be reserved for $250/hour at all times. The following rooms can be reserved by an individual or organization:

Non-member Rate: $150/hour (weekday) or $175/hour (weekend) during event time, which includes security costs.

For both rates, an additional charge of $25/hour will be applied for access prior to or following an event.

No charge if reserved between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). At any other time, fee is $50/hour during the event time, which includes security fees. A $25/hour fee for any set-up/breakdown time will also be applied.
Husky Plaza 180 $50/hour at all available times. Suitable for tent or canopy set-ups.

Additional Information

  • A catering kitchen is available for pre-approved caterers.
  • Restrooms are located on both the upper and lower levels, and by the Sports Museum.
  • Elevators are available for handicap access.
  • Limited parking in the Alumni Lot is on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask that you obtain a parking pass from the front desk to display inside your vehicle.
  • Additional parking is available in the garage at the corner of Alumni Drive and Hillside Road.
