The Art of Connecting: Works by Alumni, Spring 2009
An art show featuring works from Phyllis Dowd '58, John Cudworth '81 and Wendy Jacobs '74 takes place in the Student Union Art Gallery, Room 310. The show will include pottery, framed photos and prints.

  The Fort Trumbull Room at the Alumni Center is a living legacy to those students, soldiers and sailors who called the Fort Trumbull campus home.

  Under the direction of Myles Martel '65, "The Ultimate Sacrifice" memorial was conceived to honor all UConn alumni who have died while serving our country.

OTC presentation
Are you interested in environmentally friendly insecticides, obesity therapies or clean energy? The Office of Technology Commercialization (OTC) brings university innovations to market by providing expertise in patenting and licensing, creating and supporting viable start-up entities, and assisting industry in their interactions with the university. Visit the OTC table located in the Student Union Lobby (across from Registration) to learn how you might become involved with exciting new companies and technologies born here at UConn.

• Kids Are Scientists Too Program (KAST)
  KAST is a unique and exciting summer camps program for students entering grades 5-10. Camp organizers will be on hand to demonstrate a sampling of their hand-on activities.
• What Does UConn Look for in a Prospective Student?
  We’ll cover the do's and don'ts of the college admissions process and ways in which parents can be proactive as their children prepare for college.
• Tour of Ecology & Evolutionary Biology Greenhouse or Collections
  Take a guided tour of the EEB Greenhouses or Collections and learn more about the unique research being conducted by UConn faculty.
